No Fees No Costs Program
Under our no-fees no-costs program, if you retain our firm to provide assessment collection services for your association, we will provide these legal services at absolutely no cost to your association. This means that we only get paid for our legal services when we collect the delinquent assessments from the homeowner. Your association will not be asked to pay our legal fees even if we are unable to collect the delinquent assessments.
As part of our “no fees no costs program” we provide the following delinquent assessment collection services:
- Reduced hourly rate for all other legal services provided to your Association.*
- Your association does not pay any fees or costs.
- We are paid when the homeowner pays his or her delinquent assessments.
- We provide a monthly report regarding status of collection efforts.
- We prepare a collection policy for your Association that complies with State law and your governing documents.*
- We prepare a written legal opinion at no cost for any legal issues that arise during a collection action.*
- We appear in bankruptcy court on behalf of the Association at no cost to protect the Association’s interest in the property.*
- We file a motion in bankruptcy court to allow the Association to proceed with foreclosure when it benefits the Association to do so.*
- We can file a legal complaint for the Association to recover unpaid assessments even if the lender forecloses on a homeowner.*
