Jay Hampton, Esq
Attorney at LawA lifelong resident of Nevada, Mr. Hampton graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, and received his law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 1992, Mr. Hampton clerked for the former Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, William Grimes, at the National Judicial College, a college for newly appointed or elected judges.
Mr. Hampton regularly conducts seminars on issues such as developer transition, individual director’s liability, rule enforcement and construction defects. He attends seminars nationwide pertaining to community associations. Mr. Hampton also actively works to protect the rights of Nevada homeowners. He worked with Nevada legislators and participated in lobbying the Nevada legislature regarding construction defect legislation helping to protect the rights of Nevada homeowners.

Miles Hampton, Esq
Attorney at LawBorn and raised in Nevada, Mr. Hampton resided in New York for several years where he graduated from the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts. He received his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Hampton practices in the area of community association law, immigration and commercial/business Litigation. During law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Commercial Paper. Mr. Hampton also taught a class in Bankruptcy to individuals that could not afford legal counsel. He is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the State of Nevada.
